Cancellation Policy


1.International Shipping Policy:

We currently do not ship outside India.


2.Refunds & Exchanges:

We do not accept returns due to operational issues. We do accept refunds and exchanges for products within 3 calendar days of delivery. We won't be able to initiate a refund or exchange if 3 days have passed since you got your item.


3.Initiate a refund or Exchange:

Please send us an email at support@intuvya.com with the information of the products you wish to refund or exchange together with your order receipt, the reason behind the request and an uninterrupted, clear video of unpacking of the parcel. We will only review your complaints if we receive an email from you, which means WhatsApp, phone calls, etc., won't be accepted as routes for complaints.


Note: Please be aware that we will only process refunds or exchanges requests in the following situations before submitting any requests for either.

  • The product that was ordered and the one that was delivered differ.
  • The delivered product has manufacturing defects.
  • The ordered item(s) is missing.
  • The received item is damaged during transit.


4.Refund Processing:

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment like credit/debit card, UPI, Wallets etc. within 5-7 days after approving the request from our end.


5.Exchange Orders:

Your exchange orders will be shipped within 3 working days based on the availability of the product and tracking details would be send to your email ID.


6.Order Cancellations/Changes:

Any orders post 3 hours of the order placement, are not cancelled/changed under any circumstances.


7.Product Returned to Us:

In any event, if the customer needs the item, they are responsible for paying the re-shipping costs if the sent product is returned to us.


Note: Payment Gateway charges, if applicable, will not be refunded as they are billed directly by the payment gateway and are not credited to us.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+8fe43029f9074793bd6ce70318e2d5dc@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
